Documents and portal visibility

HomeForce should keep internal transaction work separate from what clients and external parties can see.

Portal token rules

Portal tokens must be active, unrevoked, and unexpired.
New contact portal links expire after 30 days by default.
Portal links are owner-issued and token values are not returned to non-owner contact detail reads.

Media storage

File bytes live in Cloudflare R2. File metadata, visibility, and ownership live in Postgres.
